Saudi Arabian Federations Development
JAPPO International played a key role in the new Saudi National Federation Development plan staring with the creation of a sport department, a Federations’ Services Department and assisting Federations in building long term development plan. That includes as well recruiting, training staff and supporting Federations.
Saudi Games
After the delivery of the first edition was postponed due to the Covid-19 Pandemic in March 2020, Jappo International is still working on the coordination of the project with the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee to plan for the next edition.
Paris 2024
Consulting services were provided to the successful bid of Paris to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 2024, from the bid book, international relations, to the final presentation.

Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA)
Until 2020, we assisted ANOCA as the preferred consulting company supporting the organizing in various areas such as Administration, Human Resources Development, Games planning, coordination and Operations.
SAOC Restructuring & Development
Since 2018, Jappo International has continuously worked in the restructuring of the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee (SAOC) and its development. This restructuring is conducted in line with the new transformation plan of the Kingdom Vision 2030.
Riyadh 2030
Jappo International coordinated the bid of Riyadh to host for the first time the Asian Games in Saudi Arabia. Our company worked on the bid book, the whole bid plan, the Evaluation Commission visit and the legacy plan.
Saudi International Athletes Forum
Jappo International worked on the first Athletes forum in Saudi which involved many international participants from the athletes Commission of the Olympic Council of Asia and Asia and the International Olympic Committee.
Tokyo 2020 Pre Games Training
JAPPO International provided advice and guidance to Tokyo 2020 Organizing Committees and Host cities throughout Japan to plan for Pre Games Training and provide the best services to Olympic Committees and their teams for their training in Japan before the Games.
All Africa Games 2019
For these Games, for which the coordination was entrusted for the first to the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOCA), JAPPO International played a central role being in charge of the coordination of the Technical and Operational aspects supporting both the Rabat Organizing Committee and ANOCA in all planning and delivery parts of the Games.
